Looks like a scaled-up version of a belt-fed grenade launcher. Except this would probably fall within the purview of "autocannon."
Edit/Note: If its action is driven by an internal chain, then it would be a true "chaingun." Those things are typically mounted on battleships. An emplacement like this, being smaller than one of those, would be more versatile.
