MATERIALS:
*Fur must be soft and fitted to my skin, perhaps made of minky or something thicker.
*The halter top and/or hat could be made out of any thin, opaque material (even t-shirt material is fine.)
*The decorations for the halter top/hat can be made from blue jingle bells, felt, and even plastic (if you can find plastic blueberries to apply with hot glue)
*The inner-ears can be made out of anything from minky to leather, but not fleece. The markings inside the ears should not be black, but instead a darker colour.
*As for the ear and back markings, they can be made from cream (glitter) felt, or really anything else. They don't have to look like fur; they could also look like hardened icing.
*I have no idea about the nose. I don't care if it's shiny or dull, so long as it looks like a seamless heart shape.
*The zipper should match the cream bellyfur, please

BOTTOM OF TOP: http://www.swellmayde.com/2011/02/d.....hem-short.html
HAT PATTERN: I could probably make it, just so long as it matches the top. It needs faux blueberries like the one on the front of the top, a felt or cotton dollop of whipped cream, a little blue jinglebell, and a little felt mint leaf to string along with the bell (the same colour felt of the mint leaves on either side of the halter top's blueberry.) I will be very OCD about the right spot to put the berries and cream... so I'll definitely have to hot glue those on myself. To replace the hair, dark brown felt "melted chocolate" goes under the hat. It drips down to the top of the eyes in a cartoony sort of way, and in the back, drips down to the top of BFC's back.
CUT-OFF BOTTOM SCRAWLINGS: I already have pants, socks, and shoes. The torso, wings, head, and shirt are all I need. Nose: Navy Blue

for fur i would recommend mendel's or fabric.om (sometimes fabric.com has some weirdly made fur tho so be careful when choosing) and i would also aim for a partial first because fursuiting is tough and starting out in a fullsuit will wear the hell out of you REALLY QUICKLY
