I think I will start posting more polished pencil linearts like this one. Coloring with pencils isn't fun for me and I feel like I'm simply not good at them. Black and white pencil work is much more enjoyable for me.

You are saying that you like the black and white pencil sketches more. But I personally think that this picture http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12818243/ looks better than this sketch. Maybe the sketch looks better on paper - maybe your scanner has swallowed some grayscales?
