Well, I kinda derped myself. I leveled up the male thinking that it would evolve. Got it up to Lv 45 before I finally looked up why it wasn't doing anything.
So I put it on the GTS and asked for a female Combee of any level and a person traded me for a Lv5. I guess they thought that it would level up soon, just like I thought as well.

And yes, "Scorvol" is the French name of Gliscor. It comes from "Scorpion" and "Vol" (The act of flying). By a curious language fact, we use the verb "voler" both for "to fly" and "to steal", or "to rob"...So, she might be a treacherous luscious robberess XD
