Do be grateful that the chest was the ONLY sexual characteristic that was obviously and inhumanly emphasized... I could think of the sheer terror (and possibly the unholy FUN) he/she would be in were she to find herself hypersensitive and impossibly huge "down below", so to speak, pardon my lewdness and my tendency to be polite in my references. ^_^
