Maybe a jockstrap might cover you up nicely. Together with other protective items like knee- and elbow-protectors and a helmet it might draw less attention than regular underwear, if you can even find some that would fit you considering your tail. Of course you would have to skate or ride a bike to go to places, otherwise that outfit might draw attention after all in the end.
