This Guardian has a common Spirit, so there will be more of this form but there are other Spirits that have different forms- depending on the type/Rarity of Guardian. Rare Guardians may also have different type of tails and lanterns, this here being the common tail and lantern.
Tail Guardians can be identified by their long ears, and Lantern tipped tails, and little lantern houses spirits/creatures.
So... Yeah I need to find out more about the pair of them.
The spirit is called Widget, by the way.
