He's - quite literally - radioactive, somewhat by choice. He paints the blue markings on with radioactive material, but looking at the fact that he can hold and even create small amounts of radioactive material (that might even burn on contact), the markings won't be much of a problem.
The ring around his hood stays because this guy is literaly a tad magnetic towards certain materials.

She's a girl who was mysteriously turned into a 'furry beast, with four big dirty paws'. Her paws aren't actually dirty, it's just the fur pattern. And she isn't a beast, either. She's rather confused and lost about the fact that she turned into somewhat of an animal.
Her only friend right now is a green dragonfly, that has taken a liking to her for some reason and will always return to her.

Somewhat of a... night fairy/elf sorta-ish character. Her eyes are entirely white, and usually, she's blind. Using a certain kind of magic, however, she can project the outer world into her head. She can in fact fly with her wings (mostly because of magical influence on them), but she often chooses not to since she can't... really see most of the time.
However, when she sees, everything is very bright, so she prefers to be out around during the night. She likes dark, vibrant colors, and the night sky. She likes the feeling of the sun, but not its look.
