Haha! What a cheesy title xD. Anyways! this is what i've planned for bloopy for a while, Remember the heart on his back? Well thats where the wings came from! The heart splits in half and the two arcs of the hearts grow out into wings. The rings and markings on his shoulders hover over his body, While his tail becomes his own paintbrush. Its kinda one of those things you dream of ya know? x3
