FINALLY THIS IS FINISHED.

I feel so bad for being over 2 months late. ;A; I will NOT join another exchange until I have the time and not many commissions. This was nuts. xD

I did test out more things with this. I made sure my "lineart", if ya wanna call it that, wasn't too dark. I made the background a little more abstract, too... and the added texture looks better to my eyes. XD I also didn't go crazy with the shinies.

She WAS going to be in a city, but that stressed me out way too much. xD
