Abilities:
Can use ears as hands/arms and even wings in both forms. Can conjure fire at will and manipulate it. Rayne can also create/manipulate physical and energy reflective barriers. Rayne also has the ability to heal others and raise people from the dead. One of Rayne's most unique abilities is called Spiritual Listening. It allows him to listen to a persons body and he is told the story of their most recent bouts and their pains... This comes in hand when a person is in dire need of treatment but can't speak of their ills.

Personality: Rayne tends to be very extroverted and demands constant attention. He is very optimistic and is generally very peppy. Rayne can be a bit childish at times (especially in his alternate form [Chibi])

Weight: About as heavy as a half a gallon of milk

Background:
Not much is known about his background. He tends to keep that information to himself (either out of fear he will make himself vulnerable or something else).
I spent a few hours on this image in iScribble... it was exhausting work considering its out of the norm for me to draw something of this nature (I tend to stick to chibi)
After i had it published and couldn't edit it anymore (have no programs to do so) I noticed a few things that i wished i could have changed:
1. The right ear is lower on my head than my left.
2. The background itself is kind of pathetic.
a. In the background top center-ish there is an off color smudge!
I'm not pointing out these flaws to be an obsessive compulsive freak, but I just want to be more aware of these things and try to prevent them in the future.
SIDE NOTE: To measure Rayne's ears just take his height and add an extra 3 feet and 4 inches
