I'm not sure that talking about subtractors is useful if you're going to get into two's complement binary format.

For now i won't be using twos compliment, I plan to start with a simpler unoptimized processor similar to the 6502 like the apple II and the nes had (even if the nes was a variant ), at least in assembly.
I will however be bringing it up later on as nearly all processors use it now.
