Ferdinand is a very socially awkward sorcerer/alchemist who spends a lot of time holed up in his room and libraries, poring over dusty tomes. He dresses like a dorky librarian, and enjoys wearing skirts over his pants. He is very easily flustered and clumsy, however, is an amazingly talented violinist. He attends a mage's university.
