After tickling the World Shaman and helping him to relax, Ryo continues his journeys through Azeroth, arriving finally at the shores of the mystical Pandaria. After being attacked by rampaging saurok, the famous Pandaren brewmaster Chen Stormstout came to his aid. Ryo thanked him for the timely help and together they fought off the enemy.
Once the battle was over, Chen insisted that they celebrate by going to have a beer together... or two... or twenty...
At the inn, Chen began drinking with relish. After the barrel that Chen asked for was empty, (much to Ryo's surprise he was still not drunk at all), Chen finally started asking questions about Ryo.
Once Ryo told him all about his otherworldly journeys, which captivated the wandering Stormstout, Chen asked that Ryo show him how he managed to make the stress-filled Thrall relax.
Offering a demonstration, they adjourned to one of the rooms the inn offered. As instructed Chen unbuttoned his shirt and pulled off his sandals, placing his large paws in front of Ryo... and then the tickling began.
To his surprise, Chen found himself wildly ticklish. It was torture! It was crazy! It was unbearable! It was... fun!
Chen was always one to have a good time, and just leaned back, booming laughter, a huge grin on his face as Ryo continued, himself grinning from ear-to-ear.

Now we can add the great Chen Stormstout to the list of Ryo's 'victims'. Though can you consider a now-willing target a victim? Perhaps not. Anybody got a better word? :D
