the joke in the title is due to the Laceratorlyra ( http://laceratorlyra.tumblr.com/ ) loosing a subscriber after allowing me to submit this to the blog, and that is the reason we postulated that might of happened XD
another illustrator experiment, though I HAD to use photoshop to get the heat effect to work.

and to re-iterate some of the stuff in my blog, the grey stuff on stheno’s arms are nano-pigments that assemble and harden to prevent trauma and make him incredibly durable. the color is due to the pigment in question being graphene, your pencil lead graphite’s badass big sister http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphene#Mechanical which I really like how that fits the theme of his art based abilities.
Anyways, I don’t think there is actually too much to be said here lol. I just happen to really like most of HH’s (ie. "huggable_honcho"; http://huggablehoncho.tumblr.com/ modblog for lacerator lyra ) characters, and overall, lyra is the most prolific and coolest one IMO so I decided to do that one. Dunno if this is even cannon for either of us, but this is one of those rare times I come close to cute I guess, so enjoy it while it lasts XD
Also I can answer some of the questions about Lacerator Lyra (questions addressing little details like how that's not blood on her face, she actually is blushing but her metabolism is superheated and it makes her head do that, in fact I think the blood is indistinguishable from her shifting mutatey reddish claws which do a similar thing, so she's got some interesting biology there ) but for a lot of them you'll need to go to the creator...who also happens to be on FA too (man I ALMOST forgot to mention that)

It's actually a she (but she's super ripped and kind of a less anthropic mutant so it may be harder to tell), and I dunno how many she killed. I think in one of the comics she was surrounded by a left4dead-esq infected mega-mob, and essentially they were "put into the blender". I'm going to assume she doesn't do that every day, but I'm sure she eats at least, 1 normal zombie/mutant a day . the red parts are less because of the blood of her enemies and more because her body temperature is really high due to her mutation, and the hottest parts seem to concentrate around her claws (and her face is red because that's how she blushes too).
