I don't really remember much about where I got the idea for this, other than it being from a conversation my good friend coyotebadlander and I had. All I remember is getting bit on the arm at the end for some or other reason. I thought this would make a funny drawing, so I added it to my list of ideas. (Yeah, I have a list for 'em!)
Recently, I got some free time, and wondered what I could do. So I picked this idea from my list, as I have been putting it off for way too long. Here's Totem the Woyote (wolf-coyote) biting my arm for reasons I cannot remember. xD
My main challenges were getting the paws to look right, and not making myself look like a giant by accident. I haven't drawn two characters together in a picture in over a year, so keeping them proportional is a little hard for me.
I worried about not getting her face to look right, but somehow I managed on the first try. Also, dem jeans...
Seems I'm getting better at drawing on the kind of paper of my sketchbook. It works very differently compared to the type of paper I use for full-detail drawings. And I'm getting faster at these sketch-ish drawings, so here's to hoping I do them more frequently!
So yeah, one drawing for a super awesome friend! :3
