Hey there guys, it's the time again for some new art that I've been working on this week! Continuing on with my Ratchet & Clank fan art project is none other than our favorite Lombax hero, Ratchet as he appeared in Ratchet Deadlocked! I have to say, it was pretty fun drawing how he looked in the game. Unfortunately, it may not look exactly like it because from refs I was using, I couldn't really see everything he was wearing (It was too dark in some parts to notice), so I just really tried to improvise the best I could. I think that it came out alright though I really should have made his shoulder plate spikes a little longer. ^^; But still, this was very fun to draw and I thought Ratchet looked good in his gladiator suit (;)) but I can only imagine the pain of his tail being shoved up inside, must've been uncomfortable for the poor guy. But, like the great hero he is, he trudged on and saved the day!

Ratchet Deadlocked was a really good game. Sure, it was a bit different from the previous three but it still had the signs that made Ratchet & Clank games for what they're known for. With that said, this concludes the characters for Deadlocked and I will be venturing into the Future trilogy on the PS3. :D I really did want to draw Shellshock, Reactor, and the bots that helped Ratchet out in the game but I just don't have the skill for them yet. Don't worry, I will try someday but for now, I think it's best to just keep moving forward. I hope you all like how Ratchet turned out and stay tuned for more work coming soon!
