No one knows for sure who this individual is. His identity, his species, everything about him is an enigma. All that is known is that he has a vested interest in making sure Kyote and his friends don't die too soon...whether his intentions for them are for good or ill is, again, unknown.

Finally, more Wasteland stuff. Probably not the final draft, but I've wanted to get this character out in the open for quite a while XD Enjoy the mystery~
