probably one of the better chibi arts that i have seen i dunno if anyone considers this to be chibi but i generally think chibis when introduced into an anime can make serious anime look childish. not that the "dandy way" is serious in most cases, but i digress, this is definitely a piece that would have made it in the show if the creators would have saw it
