is more of a partner than my previous 'mate' was...He would scar me and make me feel useless, like I was no fun to be around and not to mention he only wanted one thing in the end from me...to get laid when I wasn't comfortable with anyone getting too close to me.
Tumaini on the other hand, knew me through this turbulent relationship. So advised best he could but in the end I fell for him instead. I had been cheated on by my previous partner...so was feeling rather vulnerable to everything.
I never knew Tumaini loved me as much as I did in return, we would tell each other our problems, listen, talk, much more than what I did with the previous person. I was naive in my first relationships, thinking I would be safe. But no. The only person who kept me safe from harm was the guy i'm with right now.
