This is my OC Mikhail Dimitri; a dragon who works as an undercover cop and goes into gangs to take them out while keeping his cover. He has a very harsh life from the time he was born to his life now. Even though he has a harsh life, he still keeps his chin up and does what he has to do.

Mikhail has a strange DNA segment where illegal substances alter his look. He can look like one dragon but after a sniff of white stuff he is a different one. He can revert the change by getting surgery at rehab hospitals but sometimes he wants to keep his look. Mikhail's new look was given to him when he did meth. He's not a meth addict but the fumes got to him. He is still a normal dragon but every time he makes drugs at the gang's hideout he wears a gas mask. Mikhail has taken down over 5 gangs just by himself, yet the police department still disrespect him. The department don't even give him a home and when he takes down a gang he has to live on the streets until he joins a new gang. Mikhail takes it very hard and he has at one point shot an officer for it. Mikhail may get disrespected but he is still one person not to mess with.

Mikhail still retains his ability to breathe fire, super stomp and form his physical wings whenever. These are the only abilities he has. Mikhail only uses his fire breath as a last resort. Usually uses it when he runs out of ammo for his guns. He uses his stomp ability to cause a diversion like a distraction to draw attention to himself while his gang members do their stuff behind their backs like steal something or importance. He only forms his dragon wings when outside since he has free space to do so. This is so that he doesn't have to worry about his wings while inside or in tight spaces.

Mikhail also has a new friend called Drax. Drax is an anthro T-Rex that who is a known gun smuggler. He likes Mikhail a lot and knows he's a good guy. Mikhail likes him a lot back and often calls Drax to buy some guns for a job. Drax lives in an apartment room but its too cramped for Mikhail to live there with all the equipment in there. Drax drives a black van with gun racks in the back. Drax is a cool guy but he knows when to tone it down.

Mikhail is a very tough guy with an attitude. He is impatient, ruthless and violent. If someone pisses him off he'll make sure they don't ''walk'' away as in he'll break the guys legs. Mikhail may have been a nice guy but he still is. But the constant disrespect has gotten to him and is starting to let go of his good side to the people who give him a hard time. He's still nice and friendly to people who respects him but if someone who disses him will expect a sour, asshole Mikhail. Mikhail is also sarcastic, arrogant and hot headed. He will harm a guy but he will not kill him. People need to know who they're dealing with. But Mikhail doesn't want to be dealt as a psychotic killer but a beater.

Mikhail still suffers from Schizophrenia. Its not as bad but not as good. His effects happen more often and often become major such as seeing giant spiders or a distorted person pops up and screams in his face. He's been trying to get rid of it but he's had no luck with it.

Mikhail now wears a black jacket with rolled up sleeves and claw marks on his left shoulder, black jeans, black fingerless gloves with a white inside and black combat boots. His skin is now black with some grey parts (the shaded parts of his head and the soles of his hands/feet are grey) and his right eye is red while his left eye is yellow. He also wears a bandage over his left elbow too

The title means ''Gang Breaker'' in Russian since Mikhail is Russian.He still has bad English though and talks in a Russian at times
