Another colored sketch dragon commission!
This one is for Otami-san@dA, who wanted me to design a dragon form (an oriental one) for her OC Hitari!
The main issue with this is that Hitari as a human/kemonomimi had the hair the same color as the tail and wings, and it would look ugly and boring to do everything the same color...so I came up with these markings based off her outfit instead c:
