I did NOT make the plushie. I bought it several years ago because I really liked the headshape, although I'm not fond of the hinlegs. The company that made it is called "trendy plush" and specializes in cheap toys. You can see the unaltered original in the upper left corner.

Anyway, this little customization was actually made for a contest. It is a little beside the theme, now that I think of it, but it was fun.

I painted the body using my copic markers (no airbrush here). Don't try this at home, kids. It ruins them quickly.
The new hair is all wool strands, knotted into her braided hair and then untwirled and cut.
The bows were made from ribbon scraps and the cupcake and strawberry ornaments are shrinkydinks thingies.

I may scrap this later. Just felt the need to share it with someone.
