Seriously, Than. This is one of my favorite pictures of yours simply because of that background. It's amazing. It reminds me of something I would explore playing Uncharted or something. There's just one point of concern I have. It's the character. It's not that he looks out of place, but he feels that way. It's the background, I think. I'm not drawn to the character, as much as I'm drawn to the light in the corner, and the character is just another detail. Don't get me wrong, I still love the picture. But I feel like it would have been better as an environment shot. Hopefully that makes sense.
Than, I'm speechless... This is the most wonderful, most beautiful art ever... Seriously, there's no words that can describe how gifted you are, how blessed you are for having this talent. I'm just blown away! Just when I think you've reached god like status, you one up your self by leaps and bounds. Yeah, this is epic!
I know you've probably been told this a million times, but this is just wow.
Cracks in the walls, the detail of the vines, the magic circle, books in the bookshelves, the excellent lighting and the haze in the air... like, just wow.
And to top it off? The reflection in those absolutely great eyes. I can't find a single thing wrong with this picture, but I'm probably incredibly biased by how good it is.
