Naja...bei mir auch sehr oft ^^° PS ist manchmal echt gemein ;__;

This picture is brilliant, such as how it is!
But for future drawings, you can give more darkness / shadow. For example, you can shade the armpits, and the bottom of the chest. That gives you an impression that has volume and anatomy seem to be more in 3D.
In this case the character has a beard, but in case he has not, you can shade the neck below the chin, his face a little ahead, and gives a different perception, you should try it in another picture!
All this is something that many times, I realize I do not, but when I do and I change it, the picture changed a lot!
I believe that by incorporating these things, somehow there is a growth in the art of oneself.

ah yes! I had problems in shading the picture because it was my first try with watercolors. I am not used to it and this colors are really soft and light. I needed to put a lot of effort into this picture so it became that dark. I then highlighted the muscles a bit instead of setting shadows beneath them as lightening the color was easier then darkening them.
But I know exactly what you mean and will try it next time. I must improve with my coloring skills for sure!

I used watercolor coloring. It's very nice, but very slowly. I like it is over, but we must take a lot of patience ...
I wet paper before start drawing with pencil (I was holding it in all its extremes, to adhere paper with adhesive tape at the table). Then I drew with pencil very mild. Then he gave the color with several layers of watercolor. All this, I did it for the role qude not deformed, and not to be crumpled paper by water. Today, there are special papers for watercolor painting, but equally we must do all this work.

Hey !! Weiter so ! ^________________^
