Speaking from a... Personal standpoint, I can assure you that it would probably be possible! Though, perhaps not as comfortable as it might look. XD (Trufact/TMI: I often store pencils and markers in my cleavage while I'm drawing because it's convenient) Personally with a character like this, I'd call it cute! Though depending on how it was drawn, it could easily be weird or erotic too, depending on who you ask! But with this sort of chibi style, I'd say cute
