Like most of the slime girl pokemon Elissia hangs out with, she can change her form from between being normal with flesh and fur or being her solid gel and drippy state. While she finds some more freedom with her slime form, she often stays in her normal form since trying to clean the slime off bass strings or table top pieces tends to get tedious.
Elissia is apart of group of Pokemon slimegirls living in the Northern section of West Coast United States, Washington most likely. This group is made of Autumn, Lilac, Hayley, Elissia, and two unnamed girls. They are Pokegirls North.
Pokegirls South, situated in Northern California, is Summer, Rose, Cassie, Tracy, Chelsey, Jasmine, Nicole, Maxine, and the last two eevee evolutions yet to be introduced.
