Here's the tutorial I used: http://www.myjanee.com/tuts/animati...../animation.htm You either need PhotoshopCS or ImageReady (which comes with pre-CS versions of Photoshop). That tutorial shows you how to do it with Image ready, but to do it with CS you go to the windows menu and pick "animate", the second or 3rd one down. Otherwise the steps are the same. :)
