Like the effect that it looks like it came out of a Manga. I dunno why, but that little lens flare thing on the collar just seems too much like the filter for PS..maybe next time a more natural look or some blurring will make it look more natural?
Overall very nice. 'Specialy love the eyes and your way of showing the smoke.
