just draw then! it sucks but even if it doesn;t turn out how you want, you can figure out how to make it look better!

I'm really trying to work on it, but its difficult when my access to the laptop is limited and said laptop is very very prone to crashing :[ I know I just need to practice and I should get back to how I was, roughly

aw, that's a bumber if you gto pen and paper laying around you can atleast still draw while you can't get on your laptop.

absolutely, I tend to doodle on paper throughout the week but its just when I transition back to digital its like... what am I doing LOL

Ah the ole artist block. In all cases I've had the best way to get past it is go straight through it. The best cure to any block is to force your way through it. Just draw draw draw. Even if the drawing "sucks" vent your feelings out into it. Then there will be nothing to hold you back when inspiration hits you.
