This is the followup to : http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6742411/
that I had started two years ago and just got around to finishing now
Reading the last one might help situate it this is not a very good entry point to this "series" about a tiny weasel scholar and her wolf pen-pal who write letters to one another a lot. That's basically what this story is about.
also part of this "series:" http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4134529/

These are really great stories! I especially enjoyed the stoat-saint tales (I liked the first one best), but the tale in these letters is really good too. The special cultural terms and idioms are delightful, and do a great job of conveying the animals' world without long explanations. The only thing is, I'm sad about Dajaardi now <:3
dang, thanks!
One of my big things with this is to do a lot of world-building which you can pick up through context and exists to serve the story/characters instead of just being there to write exposition about. Something that's like, accessible, but more than just "Furry Europe." Like, doing a fantasy setting where the setting informs the characters and their outlooks and language a lot but you don't need a made-up encyclopedia on the opposite page explaining all the references. I'm happy it wasn't like, impenetrable in that way.
I'm sure he died as he lived, though--loud and annoying to everyone around him.

That ending tho, holy hell! Life is really fuckin' unfair. I should be reading these in an officially published short stories collection. But noooo fuckin' Fifty Shades of Gay-Ass Dogshit gets the ball instead! fukkin faggot-ass publishehs
..........
That is to say, that I think that you are an extremely talented writer & I very much enjoyed this short story, as well as the other stories in the series. Once again you have enriched me & have expanded my horizons.
Thank you, and have a wonderful day.
