I'm never any good with titles for anything either and I usually grope for references to books, plays, songs, &c. that I know. In this case I find myself thinking of the aria "Les tringles des sistres tintaient" from Georges Bizet's "Carmen". So I suggest "Zingarella" (lit. "gypsy girl") or "Chevre Bohemienne".
