Technically you could call her a human-animal hybrid but she'd be pretty insulted :P She's an uplift, her race was created by making cats more intelligent, not specifically blending them with humans, although I'm sure some human DNA was involved in the process. Her only cybernetics "enhancements" are small manipulators that allow her to do critical things like push the tiny buttons that humans insist on using.
Not that she needs any cybernetics to be a badass. Her teeth have liberated many a windpipe from the tyranny of the neck.
