Hey, it's a six limbed thing that doesn't frighten me and isn't a butterfly :3

.... by which I mean, he looks totally awesome! I like his eyes - it's oddly rare to see pure black eyes.

I must say, I like this kind of harpy way more than the traditional ones, even with his freaky, black eyes. Hugs? Please? Oh, and in spite of his human-ish torso... no visible dick. YAY!

I love his coloration! The neutral beige colors and then the dark blues on the top of his wings (and I assume his back?) work very well together.

And as to what kind of bird he is, am I to assume that he is a Spotted Barn Owl? He looks like one.

I know, I know... I was joking, saying I liked him enough that I'd pay for him. I realize he ain't for sale. Though the part about liking him was completely true. Don't get me wrong.
