first of all, he looks awesoemly majestic. I like the face and the lean build, and the various details. though I wonder how he braided his mane by himself. :)
but one thing makes me furrow my forehead: there seems to be a suspicious bulge on the abdomen. if it's the skin flap the original lions have, then it just looks a bit exaggerated (without not beign as such necessarily, due to teh short belly fur). and somehow I doubt you'd fall for the common mistake some artists that never bothered to look at the real creatures do. :)
