i am almost certain that those are from banjo kazooie. specifically banjo tooie o.w.o the fry-guy looks especially familiar!

The red fox name is Salty Joe and he sells the best greasy, bland, limp alternative of a decent meal at Witchyland :D The weasel is Pawno that sold a jiggsaw puzzle piece to a bear and a bird for 20 doubloons.
