First picture I'd drawn of Neon actually. Her original design was supposed to have six tentacles coming out of her back. She was like a hybrid between a frog and a squid. There's all reasoning behind it, but since that's not a thing anymore, I don't really worry about it too much. Maybe again one day she'll have them, maybe not. O well :P
