May 30th I get out of the military, no if's, and's or butts! Then I will begin my full time transitioning with HRT

The military considers transgenderism as a disorder and a means of separating the individual out without benefits. If you are for months away, finish without taking HRT, the military can easily call you 'undesirable' and admin sep you for falsifying you enlistment package. You can get other than honorable. If you are close to getting out, get out first then start afterward. The VA may be able to help you with some coverage for hrt.

Oh no, I have 4 years left, not months. Lol. I know all the risks. Most of the guys I know have been separated with their benefits though, medically. I know a lot that are still in too.

I'm getting a script.

So how is everything going now? I am dealing with the VA every week now, which is good and seeing my gender therapist through them as well. They keep asking me if I started hormones already. I said no not yet. Then they say, so how did you grow boobs? Ha! I just wear a bra without padding or breastforms! Even another Transgender girl ask me how I got boobs without HRT. I told her I work out ;)

But it is really good to be out of the military now. I am a lot happier than I have been in a very long time

I started HRT 4 months ago, and I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. My voice is a lot deeper, and I'm growing facial hair. :'D
Going through puberty again sucks though. All the acne. :( Lol. But that's the only downside. Well, that, and now I smell like a man. xD

Wow! 4 months already? And how is the military taking it? So now that you have facial hair, do you have to shave it everyday for regulations? If so, I bet that kind of sucks for you. Oh! When I went to the field, I never wore deodorant. Sometime we would be out there for weeks at a time without a shower, so I never wore deodorant because the chemical would become disgusting and possibly turn into a cyst. And I never wore any during deployment either. The enemy can smell me if I am clean and sweet smelling of fresh soap and stuff. And yes, sometimes I would go a couple of months without a shower. And I never washed my cammies :D

Oh man...I couldn't go that long without a shower. I would feel sooooooo grooooosssss. Dx I feel gross after a day of not showering. lol.
I go to a civilian doctor, so the only people who know are the people I tell. I'm sure everyone's really confused as to why my voice dropped like a rock, but no one really asks, which is good for me.
Yeah, I have to shave about twice a week to keep it unnoticeable. I'm sure that will get more frequent. I only hate shaving because I want a beard. xD

Well hey i only been to 2 different cons only once each so far. I was hoping to get a fursuit for this years con, but sadly the maker is getting very ill and has to refund me. I gone to RainFurrest, and Furlandia.

I will probably attend RF again, but I won't make it this year. MFF is my next con, and that's not until Dec.
