After two restarts and one torn up piece of paper from way too much erasing...I finally have an acceptable WIP for DA artist bubblesishot46853's shiny eevee character, Ruby. Still got some major work to do including the mane, legs, arms, hands, need to fix the hips a bit more and add in her scarf.
