The Punisher?? Well, the sullen badass look does resemble it, but as far as this guy, I'm thinking Pizza the Hutt's right hand man. He still does have an interesting getup, though. Space gangster, ahoy! *giggle* I can see him having some sort of tommy gun that fires plasma blasts or explosive bullets.
