I was randomly doodling this guy for a while, just trying out a new way to do line art, for long he was a headless body and I had no idea what to do. I still don't really know what I did with the head, but the coloring was inspired by a tropical fish.

He loves his bright colors and you probably could lead him anywhere by showing him a mirror, he'd follow you while flirting to his reflection.
Trust me he's actually quite smart, he just knows he looks good.
