Spring Day

It was a beautiful spring day in Ponyville the Birds were singing the bees buzzing and all the other Pony's were going about their daily activities. Except for one silver and blue Wolf named SilverBolt he was hard at work in his shop the "Atelier Misty Wolf" that he had opened less than a month ago although on this spring day he was going to to be with some of his best friends friend’s in the world.

Out the door he went he ran out the dooras fast as his feet with taken he had gotten an invitation from Princess Twilight Sparkle to join her and her friends for a picnic although he was nervous beyond belief but he did not know way he had seen her and all her friends on many different occasions he did not know way this time he felt so nervous to see all of them. But he pressed on he did not know what to bring for the picnic so he opted to ask his good friend Firefly for advice on what to bring to a picnic that involved pony's who did not eat meat of any kind she told him to "bring a fruit salad for the other's i bet they would like it Silver". she said with her trademark smile that always melted his heart. But he had not time to let his mind wonder he had to get to the glade to meet up with everypony for the picnic. As he got to the edge of town he pulled out the note that Twilight had given and read the directions again "go out of town and had over the first rise you cant miss the grassy field we will be there yours truly Twilight sparkle" and at the bottom of the note was what he came to know now was called a "hoof note" he was use to it just being called a "paw not" back home but that did not mater. he made his way over the hill just outside of town and there they were but some thing was off all he saw was 5 of them one was missing he scanned the group of pony's he saw Twilight Rarity Fluttershy Rainbow dash and Pinkie pie and the one who was missing was but befor he was able to figure out who was missing somepony called out to him. "what are yall doing up here all by yourself sugarcube" the sound of Apple jack's voice made him jump into the air and start rolling down the hill side. he came to a stop on his back next to the other pony's with AJ hot on his heels. "oh my are you okay surgercube i did not mean to startle you like that" she said and held out a hoof to help him up as soon as she did that all the other pony's helld out there hoof's to Silver as well and at that moment in time he felt like he finally felt at home here Equestria with his new pony friends and with Firefly he was home and he loved it as he started to laugh and look up at all his friends
