Leon was one of our regular citizens till he was involved in an incident ending up with a technomancer's watch permanently attached to his wrist. His newfound size meant he was originally met with suspicion, but resolved to look after those people living in his hometown, even teaming up with others to repel an attack at one point.

Leon now is a regular sight patrolling the city, always careful of where he steps in his macro sized form.
