Sepp as he stands right now. Still needs more work on the hair (I ran out halfway through), and I feel like I might need to re-mount the nose as it looks a little lob-sided, but all in all not too very bad, I hope...

The beard was done with a low-temp hot glue gun, the hair on the head was done by whefting and sewing. It's not really difficult, but it is very time consuming, I think I had something like 20-25 hours in making the hair on that headpiece. I'm making a new headpiece here soon, so I might just do a tutorial on hair as part of the construction process on that one.
