I'm so glad you like it <3 I'm pretty proud of this piece overall. I tried to keep the expression a bit "ambiguous surprise" so that the glow could represent something either bad or good!
..Oh jeez, I just realized that the initial painterly-shading example I showed you was ALSO characters looking at a strange glow. I promise that wasn't on purpose haha! At least that glow was cyan ;v;
