I thought it was pretty much impossible to fall in an elevator, except once in the 1920's and at the WTC attacks?

Not impossible, but severely unlikely; once Elisha Otis invented the elevator brake in 1861, it became much more difficult for an elevator to fail severely enough to fall/

Please refrain from urinating inside the elevator. Instead, force open the door, and urinate *outside* the elevator.
