You're one of the people who keeps me dicking around in Blender. I'm trying to get good enough to make characters right now; a long and sometimes painful process, but i'm proud of what i've made and have gotten to the point where's it's often fun. Thanks in no small part to your inspiration on what 3d modeling can do.
Did you use cloth physics to make the shirt folds, or is that all hand-done?
I can tell you have a much better handle on making fabric look like fabric than I do. :P I suppose making materials look believable is still one of the things I'm working towards ever so slowly.
Another question if you don't mind answering: How did you model his mouth/jaw? That's always been a trouble zone for me, especially when it comes to teeth and such. I tend to model the mouth open initially and try to get inside to model the details like teeth and such, but I feel I'm totally doing it wrong.
