I was having thoughts about Apple Jack year after she and the rest of the mane six having finished their jobs of protecting equestria and perhaps each going their own way. i picture her taking up the job of becoming a very successful business pony and finally getting the apples the deserved income from their apple harvesting. She gained weight over the years from lack of apple bucking and eating fancy but this doesn't mean she's become spoiled rather she put her honest ways to even better use. She has a little assitant who lives to help with her scheduale but could he perhaps have another reason?
