she needs a circlet or something if she's going for this look, or some sort of scarlet witch-ish head thing. The skirt also looks more anime than comic book. Comic book skirts are usually tight miniskirts, if they exist at all.
I'd recommend a Ms. Marvel style sash rather than the skirt, and 'd cut the toes out of the stockings so they match the fingers, or cover the fingers.
