At Pennsic i bring a small portable pond. we set it up at the shop and it is very popular. Anyway during a town run Ogersama and i found orchids at Home Depot on major sale. (this was two plus years ago now and this guy is still alive!) anyway the flowers on the Orchid were old and falling off and one fell into the pond and the little goldfish who go to pennsic with me played with it so i left it in there. After three days it looked like this. translucent and unreal looking. the bloom was once Very White with pink accents. now they seem almost like some sort of plastic. it was a wonderful surprise. and very photogenic
